Tonight putting Paisley to bed was something I just had to write down so I can remember these moments when she is a teenager and has me pulling my hair out:) I think we take for granted how much kids listen and learn from us, though sometimes when we talk to them they may be focusing on something else. Now I can't take all the credit(nursery) but I must say I had a little tear in my eye.
After saying our prayers:
Paisley: Wow, that prayer was really long, we shouldn't say that long of prayers.
Me: But Heavenly Father loves it when we talk to him . And he and Jesus love you!
Paisley: Ya cause jesus died so that we can live.
Me: Yes he did(tear)
Paisley: He also died for rudolf, but I don't want him to die cause he would be sad
Me: Oh OK(don't really know why rudolf got into the mix...maybe cause she has started watching Christmas movies already!)
Anyways, this little girl has me so amazed a lot of the time, she has such a strong sweet spirit that I know has helped me in a lot of cases, she is a little sweetie and I love her!

I'm tellin' you...it's those little ones that will be teaching us...it amazes me what they catch on to and what really does stick with them. There really is something to be said about "the faith of a child." Thanks for sharing! Love you and hope to see you in a few weeks!!!
